I bought the life time update for the mini tool wizard and the power data recovery software. Until then, they're getting 1 star from me.
If they surprise me and give me a refund, I'll come back and change my review to 5 stars. Like I said above, they're a total scam, stay away from them. And just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, I realized that my computer had been infected by viruses and I'm currently unable to do my job on it. I've been emailing them again and again since then to no avail. I emailed customer service right away and asked for a refund, and I received an email from a third party saying that my request for a refund was denied, and I was never given a reason why. Instead I received a pop up saying that the file couldn't be opened because it wasn't a valid Photoshop document. The file was recovered alright, but it wouldn't open. THEY'RE A TOTAL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! I downloaded their software to recover a corrupted PSD file.
